Shipping Policy
We only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless a promotion is available. Shipping costs are calculated based on current shipping rates and may vary depending upon the shipping address.
Return Policy
We hope that you love your new pillows! If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we want to make the return process quick and easy. We accept returns of unused merchandise as long as we receive contact of your wish to initiate a return within 3 days of delivery. Requests for returns should be initiated via email to hello@roseandlilypillows.com. Upon review of the returned merchandise, we will issue a full refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
